Ontario Power Generation signs agreement to purchase Eagle Creek Renewable Energy

Canadian provincial utility Ontario Power Generation has signed a purchase and sale agreement to acquire 100% of the equity of Eagle Creek Renewable Energy LLC in the U.S.
